Bit of trivia on my cousin's cousin's cousin: that hollow block she broke in two during the talent portion of her Ms. Sportsfest stint came from my house.  That should make me question the stability of my own house.  Worked at an architectural firm for 3 yrs after she graduated from UP and now she's in harvard taking up a Masters degree in Design Studies program.

      A man of many aliases: Valentino, Doc, MJ, to name a few. He may look serious but don't let that fool you; this guy's hilarious. Break the monotony of the class with his unusual sense of humor.  A born athlete with a passion for the game of hoops. Amongst this one attribute stands out: he is a reliable friend.

      Though we weren't exactly close in high school, Hazel (and her hubby) was a gracious host to me and my friend Emark when we visited New York. Took us out to dinner, and showed us some sights (w/c I could've appreciated more had it not been for the freezing cold and the fact that I needed to go to the bathroom real bad, exacerbated by aforementioned freezing cold). Ah, Haze, my stay was too @#$*ing short. She loves NY (or staying in the US in general), not having left the place in almost a decade. Pay her a visit and she will INSIST that you stay. In America, that is, not her apartment in Queens. Though you could ask.

    I'm reminded of the Irish every time Ian's name comes to mind.  Or Duncan McCloud of Highlander: The Series fame.  Dunno, not many chinky-eyed Highlanders out there....
     Don't mind me.  I'm just babbling.

     Hubert Chan's sidekick (or Michael V. to Hubert's Ogie Alcasid) in La Salle.  You always see the two of 'em hanging out together.  And with their differences in height I half expected Hubert to do most of the talking while Jason looks over his shoulder.

     Simple at tahimik - that's how he is.  Looks serious and harmless pero deep down inside maloko din pala. Lucky in certain sports (lucky dahil malakas chumamba!)  Slow motion kung lumakad.  Knows how to keep a secret.  Lean (hindi payat).  Shy.  Always cool.  Good listener (nakikinig ba talaga?).  Reliable and reponsible.  Well organized.  Gets things done.  A true and understanding friend.  A man who keeps his word.  You wouldn't have really met him 'til you've truly known him.

   Person with a mixed personality.  Can make you laugh and cry at the same time.  People like having him around.  Just brightens up everybody's day with his bouncy mood.  Sometimes people call him Daddy Max, 'coz his cute and soft tummy just drives women crazy.  Sometimes you'll see a couple of his friends chasing him just to pinch some of his "cute" love handles.  Our human teddy bear.  Why's he so special?  Because he hugs back.
 

     A name associated with song and music, though I've never heard her sing nor am familiar with her taste in music.  But she was the one who introduced me to Mona, and for that I will be forever grateful.

     Terry.  Sensitive to the needs of her classmates.  Friendly.  She has lots of people to share a smile with.  Holy.  This president of the CSB's Christian Life Community is there for you whenever you need a helping hand or just a simple prayer.  So, what's Terry?  By the name itself it can only be one thing: Terrific!  In both friendship and in work.

     Hail, the future mayor of Laguna has arrived!  Topol exemplifies the quote, "____, dark and handsome."  It's not often that you get to meet this kind of guy.  A true friend, with practically everything to give but requires nothing in return.  He'll never show you that he's weak because he never really was in the first place.  Practical, Profit-oriented.  Gimikero.  Mr. Lover Boy.  Fun to be with. Never a dull moment with him around.  That's our Topol!

     Uh, her brother Christopher used to come visit our house a lot.
